Are you highly organised, able to maintain a clear overview and enjoy working with international customers? Telecom Tube Systems is looking for an Export Sales Support professional to coordinate our international orders from receipt through to shipment.

What will you do?

As Export Sales Support, you are the central link between our international customers and distributors and our internal Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance departments.

You ensure that orders are processed correctly, monitor their progress and make sure international shipments are properly prepared and ready for dispatch.

Your responsibilities include:

•

entering and checking international orders;

•

preparing and sending order confirmations;

•

monitoring outstanding orders and delivery times;

•

coordinating with Production and Purchasing on current order status;

•

keeping customers and distributors informed about orders and deliveries;

•

identifying and following up on potential delays;

•

preparing and checking export and transport documentation, including invoices;

•

arranging shipments with carriers and freight forwarders;

•

processing dimensions, weights and shipping information;

•

monitoring the entire order process through to shipment.

In short: you keep everything on track and make sure everyone has the right information at the right time.

Who are we looking for?

You work accurately, communicate clearly and enjoy coordinating multiple orders at the same time. When you see that something may cause a delay, you take action rather than waiting for the problem to resolve itself.

In addition, you have:

•

MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking, or an equivalent level of education and experience;

•

experience in order processing, export, sales support, customer service or logistics;

•

a good command of both Dutch and English;

•

experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office;

•

an interest in international trade and logistics.

Experience with export documentation and/or working within a technical or manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
